What is it like to work at Klaaryo?

Working at Klaaryo means being very close to the product, the clients and the decisions. We are a small and ambitious team: every person has real ownership and direct impact on what we build. We move fast, with few layers and a lot of individual responsibility: results count, not formalities.

Is Klaaryo the right place for me?

We’re looking for curious, self-driven, and practical people. We don’t care about the perfect CV—we care about how you think, how fast you learn, and your willingness to take ownership. What matters here is asking the right questions, speaking up when something isn’t working, and actively helping shape better solutions.

How we organise teams and work?

We have two offices:

  • Milan, where the Commercial and Customer teams work;

  • Rome, where Product and R&D are located.

The teams collaborate daily and do not work in silos. Decisions are made quickly, and those closest to the problem have a say. Feedback is continuous, direct and part of daily work.

Why does Klaaryo exist?

Klaaryo was built to solve a huge and often overlooked problem: the experience of people applying for operational roles is still inefficient, impersonal, and frustrating. We believe technology and AI can genuinely improve it when designed with empathy and responsibility. That’s why we created a better, more human way to connect companies and people.
